DEVELOPMENT
Synergia’s focus is the DEVELOPMENT of Assisted Residential Care Homes, individually or in cluster home elder care communities. Synergia’s network of professionals have many years of experience in Real Estate development, building and Senior Living. The team will perform the entire developmental process from inception to completion and beyond based on the needs and desires of our clients and partners.
MANAGEMENT
MANAGEMENT of the development and its ongoing operations can be as a partner or on a fee basis. Once a new eldercare facility is a reality, even a well-operated business will only be as successful as its Marketing and Synergia’s team has this expertise via its experience, contacts and knowledge necessary to create and retain a high occupancy level. Licensing and compliance are also critical components. Based on our knowledge of the regulations and our attention to detail, our expert Synergia team will be responsible for obtaining all licensing and compliance. Staffing has been another of our strongpoints due to care in selection and the creation of an enriching work environment for our employees. Financial management, accounting and accurate timely reporting are a priority. With all these elements in place the maximization of profits goes hand in hand with the highest level of our principles of quality personal care.
CONSULTING
CONSULTING, the primary role of Synergia is to manage the entire senior housing development process with the owner – from initial conception, thru the start of operations for the finished project and ongoing management. Our services can also be contracted individually on an a la carte basis.

INVESTMENTS can be Active or Passive for the right capital partner or client. With 10,000 baby boomers turning 65 every day and the forecasted continuance of the Senior population increasing for the years to come, the “Silver Tsunami” is in full swing.
