He has taken time to set up meetings and to bring my friend and me to meet with of different facilities to find out levels of care and what exactly is included in costs.
We were afforded a tour of each place visited, including residences, dining facilities, chapels, meeting rooms, activity rooms and family rooms. Craig was with us each step of the way. Craig is extremely knowledgeable not only about the facilities available but, also, the Senior Care industry in general. He told me that Craig was a “Senior Care Specialist” who could help me familiarize myself with the various independent living places, assisted living places, and nursing homes around New Orleans. I called Craig one afternoon to see if he could help me figure out where I would want to go live if I became incapacitated (physically or mentally)-because I didn’t want to dump on my family or executor of my will the stressful job of deciding my wishes.
